看到中柬如此“铁”的关系,让得到国际反华势力支持的柬国内反对派势力十分不满
大肆宣传柬埔寨已经抛弃中国亲美,企图想将中柬正常交往抹黑
进而达到遏制中国的目的
10月13日,柬埔寨首相表示
除了中国,没有任何国家会给本国提供如此大的帮助
柬埔寨是东盟成员国之一
在东盟框架内对中国提供了很多的帮助
比如前段时间,越南、菲律宾甚至新加坡在东盟框架内
提出很多反华议案、特别是关于南海的提案
最后都被柬埔寨一票否决
虽然柬埔寨是个贫穷的小国
但中国和他之间是平等、互助、友好的关系
在这个基础上,中国跟柬埔寨签署自贸协议
就是做出这样一个宣示
即便中国经济以后走最低内循环
只要柬埔寨愿意跟中国一起走共同富裕的道路
中国可以对他保底
这在东盟内有示范效应,有点类似于朝鲜
而在此之前,我们恰恰着重提到两个国家,一个是朝鲜,一个就是柬埔寨
我们说中国有可能这样去帮助柬埔寨
但对于其它国家,即便是巴基斯坦我们可没这样说过
在今年2月初
国内疫情最严重时刻
柬埔寨首相洪森就表示要访问中国,而且是访问武汉
而当时武汉刚刚封城不久
中国政府出于疫情安全考虑就安排他去了北京
对于这个友情,我们中国当然要记住,滴水之恩要涌泉相报
所以,中国愿意在这个层面上为柬埔寨提供最大的帮助
而柬埔寨也从中国对他的帮助中得到一个感慨
那就是：除了中国,还有哪国愿意帮助我们
对于柬埔寨的帮助
一是我们有这个心愿,二是中国有这个能力
只有心愿而没有能力也不行
所以就有了中柬之间就签署了自贸协议
对柬埔寨而言,有了这个自贸协议
他的农产品出口到中国基本上就是零成本
中国也肯定会逐渐加大对其的各种投资
而柬埔寨也会成为中国一带一路的一个标板
另外;这个自由贸易协议
意味着在中国的最低限度的循环在还没有正式开始的时候
就已经外挂了两节车厢,一个是朝鲜;一个是柬埔寨
除了柬埔寨之外
中国跟同样是东盟成员之一的老挝也在加速发展关系
中老铁路是泛亚铁路中南半岛大动脉的枢纽段有75座隧道
其中最后一个重点控制工程——相嫩三号隧道近日顺利贯通
而且都是靠中国的资金、技术、人才完成的
这条铁路一直通往马来西亚、甚至新加坡
中国一边跟美国做斗争,一边在实实在在的推一带一路
由于柬埔寨、老挝在中国军事能力覆盖的范围之内
有些项目中国就敢实推
就是因为柬埔寨跟中国的关系发展的很好
所以西方要不遗余力的去破坏
日后柬埔寨出现一些不利于中国的新闻也就不足为奇了
毕竟西方在那里也有自己的影响力
但是大体上不会有太大的变化
这就应了毛泽东主席的那句话
敌人捣乱、失败!再捣乱、再失败,直到灭亡
不管他怎么捣乱,结果就在那里
柬埔寨首相说的除了中国,还有哪国愿意帮助我们的这个结论
会被很多国家验证
柬埔寨首相这句话
一是体现了对中国的信任
二是体现了对中国能力的肯定
只有信任而没有能力也不行
就像这次席卷全球的新冠疫情,只有中国有能力战胜它
对于中国的能力
日本、韩国当然都看在眼里
但是美国（西方）套在他们身上的枷锁太多
再加上他们自己的小九九
必然导致他们的言行跟柬埔寨不一样
只要他们能认识到就行,更何况他们还没有彻底的落水
待到未来经济进一步的下滑之后
他们对此感悟会更加的深刻
日后也很可能会发出像柬埔寨首相洪森那样的感慨
