　根据国内最新要求，自2020年9月5日起，自印尼搭乘航班赴华以及经印尼中转赴华的中外籍乘客，接受新冠病毒核酸检测并凭有关核酸检测阴性证明申领带“HS”标识的绿色核酸码或健康状况声明书的时限由登机前5天改为登机前3天（72小时）。其他申领要求维持不变。 　　无法出示登机前3日内领取的核酸码或健康状况声明书的赴华乘客，将被视为不符合乘机条件，需重新安排或调整行程。 　　特此通知。感谢您的理解和配合。 　　中国驻印尼大使馆 　　2020年9月1日

In accordance with latest requirements in China, starting from 5th September 2020, for Chinese and foreign passengers flying from Indonesia to China, including those who transit in Indonesia, the time limit to complete COVID-19 nucleic acid test and apply for green nucleic acid code with "HS" symbol or Health Declaration Form by presenting negative results of nucleic acid tests will be changed from 5 days to 3 days (72 hours) prior to boarding. Other requirements remain unchanged.

Passenger who fails to present nucleic acid code or Health Declaration Form obtained within 3 days before departure will be deemed as not eligible for boarding, and need to reschedule or adjust their itinerary.

Notice on Adjusting the List of Indonesia's COVID-19 Virus Tesingt Medical Institutions

根据新冠疫情防控实际，现对中国驻印尼使领馆认可的具有新冠病毒核酸检测资质的医疗机构名单进行调整。请搭乘航班赴华的中、外籍乘客自愿选择名单内相关机构，在登机前3天内完成核酸检测，并申领绿色核酸码（中国籍）或健康状况声明书（外国籍）。如您在使领馆认可检测机构之外的其他机构进行检测，检测结果将不被接受。 　　该名单将不定期动态调整，请密切关注。　　 　　附件：印尼新冠病毒核酸检测医疗机构名单（共68家）。

According to the actual situation of the prevention and control of the COVID-19 epidemic, the list of medical institutions recognized by the Chinese embassy and consulate in Indonesia with the qualifications of COVID-19 virus nucleic acid testing is adjusted. Chinese and foreign passengers who take flights to China should voluntarily choose the relevant institutions in the list, complete the nucleic acid test within 3 days before boarding, and apply for a green nucleic acid code (Chinese nationality) or a health status statement (foreign nationality).
