　鉴于当前疫情形势，根据中国有关部门要求，自2020年9月2日（星期三）起，自比利时搭乘航班赴华以及经比利时中转乘机赴华的中、外籍乘客，所持核酸检测阴性证明的有效期由原定5天调整为3天。乘客应在登机前3天内完成核酸检测，凭核酸检测阴性证明向当地中国使领馆申领带“HS”标识的绿色健康码（适用于中国公民）或健康状况声明书（适用于外国公民）。 核酸检测阴性证明有效期3天系按检测报告出具时间计算，如9月1日接受核酸检测采样，9月3日出具检测报告，则航班日期应不晚于9月6日。请乘客注意妥善安排个人行程和核酸检测时间，确保在登机前持有有效健康码或健康状况声明书，以免造成登机受阻、滞留等问题。 关于对赴华乘客实施核酸检测措施的其它要求不变，具体可参见中国驻比利时使馆8月14日和8月21日发布的有关通知。

In view of the current situation of the Covid-19 epidemic, according to the requirement of the relevant authorities of China, starting from Wednesday, 2 September 2020, the validity period of the negative nucleic acid test certificate of the Chinese and foreign passengers who take flights from Belgium to China or transit via Belgium to China will be adjusted from 5 days after the issuance of the certificate to 3 days after the issuance of the certificate. Passengers should complete the nucleic acid test within 3 days before boarding the plane, and apply to the local Chinese Embassy or Consulate for a Green Health Code (applicable to Chinese citizens) or a Health Declaration Form (applicable to foreign citizens) with the negative nucleic acid test certificate. The validity period of 3 days of the negative COVID-19 test certificate is based on the issuance time. For example, if the sample is taken on 1 September 2020, and the negative test certificate is issued on 3 September 2020, your flight's departure date should be before 6 September 2020. The Embassy of China in Belgium kindly reminds the Chinese and foreign passengers to leave enough time in your itinerary for the nucleic acid test, and ensure that the Green Health Code/ the Health Declaration Form is valid at the boarding time, to avoid encountering any problems and being stranded at the airport. Other requirements for boarding with negative Covid-19 nucleic acid test certificate for passengers traveling from or transferring via Belgium to China remain the same. 、核酸检测应于乘客登机前5天内完成如何理解？ 5天是按核酸检测报告的出具时间计算。如9月1日接受核酸检测采样，9月3日出具检测报告，则航班日期应不晚于9月8日。

二、是否需要到指定的检测机构进行核酸检测？ 中国驻比利时使馆暂不指定具体医院和检测机构，乘客可以根据自己的具体情况自行选择，但检测机构必须是在比利时注册的正规机构。比利时以外国家和地区注册机构出具的核酸检测报告，中国驻比利时使领馆无法核查，不能进行审批。自比利时以外国家和地区出发的乘客请向有关检测机构所在地的中国使领馆申领带“HS”标识的绿色健康码或健康状况声明书。如有问题，请咨询有关检测机构所在地的中国使领馆。

三、核酸检测报告必须是英文版吗？ 中国驻比利时使馆可接受英文、法文、荷兰文的核酸检测报告。 四

、新冠病毒抗体检测(血清检测)可以代替核酸检测吗？ 不能。中、外籍乘客必须做核酸检测(PCR检测)。 五

、儿童是否需要做核酸检测？ 对于3周岁(含)以下的儿童，如准备搭乘直航航班，只要同行的监护人符合乘机标准，可以不进行核酸检测。如系自其他国家经比利时中转回国的儿童，须遵守中国驻当地使领馆有关要求。

六、中国驻比利时使馆审批核酸检测报告需要多长时间？ 中国驻比利时使馆一般会在收到检测报告后24小时内审批。

七、是否仍需携带纸质检测报告？ 建议携带纸质检测报告备查。

八、从其他国家经比利时转机赴华，是否需要核酸码或健康状况声明书？ 需要。应按照要求向出发地的相关中国使领馆申领带“HS”标识的绿色健康码或健康状况声明书，并确保能在健康码或健康状况声明书有效期内在比利时登机。如没有有效健康码或健康状况声明书，将被拒绝登机。

九、在赴华前做完核酸检测，入境后是否仍需隔离？ 核酸检测阴性证明是登机要求。关于抵达中国后隔离政策，请向入境城市的地方政府咨询，具体可查阅相关地方政府网站。

十、实施核酸检测措施后，还能凭带飞机标识的健康码登机吗？ 不能。自8月24日起，凭带飞机标识的健康码登机的做法不再适用从比利时直飞赴华以及自比利时出发经其他国家或地区赴华的中国籍乘客。届时，从比利时直飞赴华以及自比利时出发经其他国家或地区赴华的中国籍乘客只能凭带“HS”标识的绿色健康码登机。 如有其它问题，可查看“中国公民核酸检测报告申报常见问题解答”。 A

ccording to Notice on Regulations of Boarding with Negative Nucleic Acid Test Certificate for COVID-19 for Passengers Traveling from Belgium to China issued by the Embassy of China in Belgium on 14 August 2020, starting from Monday, 24 August 2020, Chinese and foreign passengers traveling from or transferring via Belgium to China must take nucleic acid test for COVID-19 and apply for a green health code with an "HS" mark (Chinese nationals) or a Health Declaration Form (foreign nationals). The Embassy of China in Belgium kindly reminds the Chinese and foreign passengers to leave enough time in your itinerary for the nucleic acid test, and ensure that the Green Code/ the Health Declaration Form is valid at the boarding time, to avoid encountering any problems and being stranded at the airport.

The following Q&As are for your reference:

1.When should I take the test? The COVID-19 negative test certificate should be issued within 3 days before the departure date of the flight bound for China. For example, if the sample is taken on 1 September 2020, and the negative test certificate is issued on 3 September 2020, your flight's departure date should be before 6 September 2020.

2. Do I need to take the test at hospitals or institutes designated by the Embassy of China in Belgium? At this stage, the Embassy of China in Belgium has not designated specific institutions. Passengers is free to choose on their own as long as the institute or hospital of their choice is registered in Belgium and is qualified for performing the test. As the Embassy of China in Belgium does not have the means to certify COVID-19 certificates issued by institutions located outside of Belgium, passengers departing from countries other than Belgium is asked to apply for the Health Declaration Form from the Chinese Embassy or Consulate in the country where the institution is based.

3.Should the COVID-19 certificate be in English? The Embassy of China in Belgium accepts COVID-19 negative certificates in English/French/Dutch.

4.Can I take an anti-body test instead of nucleic acid test for COVID-19 ? No. Only the negative nucleic acid test certificate for COVID-19 will be accepted.

5.Does a child need to take the test? Child under 3 years old (including 3 years old) does not need to take the test if he or she is to fly to China on a direct flight from Belgium and his or her accompanying parent(s) meet(s) the requirement of boarding. If he or she is transferring via Belgium to China, please refer to the relevant policy of the Embassy or Consulate of China in their residence country.

6.How long does it take for the Embassy of China in Belgium to certify a Health Declaration Form? Generally, the Embassy of China in Belgium will certify a Health Declaration Form within 24 hours after receiving it.

7.Do I need to bring a printout of the test report when boarding? Passengers are advised to bring the COVID-19 negative certificates to the airport in case of the need for further inspection.

8.Do I need a certified Health Declaration Form if I fly to China via Belgium? Yes. A certified Health Declaration Form is required. Passengers transitting via Belgium to China need to apply for the Health Declaration Form from the Embassy or Consulate of China in the country where their trip to China starts. One has to make sure that the Form is still valid when boarding the flight in Belgium. Passengers without the Green Code or the Health Declaration Form will not be allowed to board.

9.Do I need to be quarantined when I arrive in China if I have the Health Declaration Form? Yes. Health Declaration Form is the requirement for boarding.
