建设工程设计合同

Construction Project Design Contract

发包人委托承包人承担***工程方案及施工图设计，工程地点为***，经双方协商一致，签订本合同，共同执行。
The Contract Awarder entrusts the Contractor to provide relocation scheme and construction drawing design for *** that is located to ***. With amicable negotiations, both parties have agreed to enter into the Contract and pledged to fulfill the clauses as follows:

1.3国家及地方有关建设工程勘察设计管理法规和规章。
1.3 Relevant national and local laws and regulations on construction survey design.

1.4 Relevant approval documents for the construction project.

第二条　设计依据
Article 2 References for Design
2.1发包人给承包人的委托书或设计中标文件。
2.1 Entrusting paper or design winning documents issued by the Contract Awarder to the Contractor.
2.2发包人提交的基础资料。
2.2 Foundation materials submitted by the Contract Awarder.
2.3承包人采用的主要技术标准是：
2.3 Main technical standards adopted by the Contractor are as follows:
a、中华人民共和国现行的与该项目相关的建筑设计法规、规定、条例、规范；
a. Existing laws, regulations, codes and specifications of the People’s Republic of China concerning the project.
b、中华人民共和国建设部2003年4月颁发的《建筑工程设计文件编制深度规定》。
b. The “Regulations on Compiling Depth of Construction Project Design Documents” issued by the Ministry of Construction of the People’s Republic of China in April 2003.
